RETURNS
If you want to return your product for whatever reason, please contact us by email first and we will give you instructions on how to do so along with the correct return address. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If 14 days have passed since you received your order then unfortunately we cannot offer you a return or exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Shipping
We ship using either Bpost or PostNL, we provide tracking codes for every order. After you've completed your order you'll receive an e-mail with all the information you'll need to follow your parcel. We try to ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt. We will notify you of any significant shipping delays. Shipment within the Benelux region normally takes between 3-5 business days. Other EU countries may take longer to deliver.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship within the BENELUX region and the EU. Unfortunately we do not ship outside of Europe. We offer free shipping within Belgium and the Netherlands. We have a 15 euro flat rate for shipping to France, Germany and Luxembourg. Shipping to the United Kingdom and the rest of the European Union we charge a 20 euro flat rate.
How do I track my order?
When your order is shipped you will receive an email from us with a tracking number which you can use to track your order. Just follow the prompts in the email.
How do I place an order?
Once you have selected the item that you want to purchase, click on ‘add to cart’. In your ‘shopping cart’ you will be able to see all the items you have selected to purchase. When ready proceed to checkout with your credit card, billing and shipping details.
What are my payment options?
We accept Debit and Credit card payments via Stripe, Bancontact, iDeal and Sofort.
Will my payment be secure?
Our site is secure and our payment methods are secure using industry-leading technology such as SSL to keep your information safe.
Are my personal details safe?
Personal information you provide at the checkout, such as name, address, telephone number, email address, billing and shipping address are only for internal use. We respect your privacy and will not give your email address to any other company or third party unless required by law or if you breach our Terms of Service.
